Position overview:
- Compensation range: $65,000-80,000/year
- Generous production bonuses!
- Under the supervision of an OTR/L, provide family-focused occupational therapy for children with sensory, fine motor, and feeding needs
- Actively involve parents during sessions to promote effective home practice and support
- Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement tailored interventions to improve independent functioning and confidence
- Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and updates with an EMR
- Travel between clients within a small defined radius (mileage reimbursed!)

Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- Ability to work in-person in Greensboro, NC
- A collaborative, adaptable personality, excited to engage with children and their care team
- Drivers License and reliable vehicle
