Pediatric therapy practice located in the Lake Norman area currently looking for a qualified full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Working with children and families;

Executing treatment plans based on evaluation results;

Communicating progress and educating family members;

Entering daily information into an easy-to-use web-based documentation system with easy report writing with evaluation templates.

Qualifications include: NC License and Certification

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:

· North Carolina State Licensure

· Fingerprint and Background Check

· Approximately (2) years’ experience in pediatrics preferred

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

-Knowledge regarding birth - 21 population

· Knowledge of regulations and best practice standards according to NC state law.

· Knowledge of sensory and behavioral techniques in order to improved attention and compliance to treatment

· Skill in working collaboratively with other disciplines to gain the most optimal results in patient care

· Good organization and problem-solving skills.
