Essential Job Responsibilities:

Ability to provide excellent customer service to accommodate client needs

Meet all new members, establish yourself as a fitness professional that can help them with their goals

Ability to work a flexible schedule to work with their clients

Excellent knowledge of how to use gym equipment properly and train clients accordingly

Work the floor helping members

Requirements and Core Competencies:

Certified Personal Trainer NSCA, NASM, AFAA, ACE or ACSM (Required)

An affinity and passion for fitness

Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive, friendly and outgoing approach

Professional, punctual, reliable and neat

Must be able to work nights and weekends
