Requirements:

• Minimum two (2) years of Phlebotomy experience in a high volume setting
• Must hold current national certification in Phlebotomy
• Must have current BLS
• Must be able to provide three (3) Supervisory references as pertains to this role.
• Must be able to pass skill assessment testing
• Must be able to pass credentialing process including background check
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to perform all duties of contract assignment
