We are looking for a certified pool maintenance technician to take care of our heated infinity pool and our hot tub. Your primary responsibility will pertain to maintaining the pool equipment however, other hotel maintenance jobs will be assigned as needed. This position is full-time and offers health, dental, and vision insurance as well as PTO. Responsibilities: • Daily chemical responsibility • Vacuuming pool daily • Also includes basic maintenance duties for the hotel • Must be people-friendly to interact with the guests Qualifications: Licensing or Certifications • State-certified in pool chemical maintenance Desired skills include: • Knowledge of pool maintenance • Able to do basic handyman duties pertaining to the hotel • Customer service standards and procedures • Swimming pool practices and procedures • Must be able to lift or carry a minimum of 50 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks assigned Desired experience includes: • 2 years minimum service experience • Must be willing to work outdoors in seasonal heat or cold inclement weather Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
