    Position Summary

    The CRM Supervisor works as a member of an interdisciplinary team to provide peer recovery support to mentors and individuals with substance abuse, mental health disorders, and/or gambling addictions, while supporting a Trauma Informed Care perspective. The CRM Supervisor manages peer programming and provides supervision to peer staff and individuals in recovery.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    Conduct one-on-one and group supervision, providing constructive feedback to peer staff.

    Provides team leadership and facilitates the development of Peer Services at Oregon Change Clinic.

    Connect participants to various models of recovery support and community resources, and help them to develop a support network. May teach clients how to navigate community resources including, but not limited to, the recovery community, housing, and mass transit. Advocating for clients when necessary.

    The CRM Supervisor may be responsible for maintaining and supporting the day-to-day operations of the housing locations and serves as the primary point of contact for the housing program.

    Assist in crisis situations as appropriate, following emergency protocols/procedures and coordinating with the treatment team with interventions which support a trauma informed environment for program participants and staff. Prevent escalation, avoiding crisis situations or neutralizing crises in progress.

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

    Two years experience as a Recovery Mentor working with adults with Substance Use Disorder AND

    Completion of CRMII training approved by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) AND Two years in supervisory position.

    OR

    AA degree in Social Services AND CRMI AND Two years in supervisory position.

    Experience consulting with interdisciplinary teams.

    Experience with adults using patient-centered, trauma informed care practices.

    Experience working in a multicultural, diverse environment.

    Experience in community health care working with indigent populations preferred.

    Experience with Medication Supported Recovery (MSR), also known as Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT), is preferred.
