    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Scrub Tech to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience in surgical procedures, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies.

    • Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating needs.

    • Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and infection control protocols.

    • Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and supply usage.

    • Participate in room turnover and restocking of surgical supplies.

    • Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) required.

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred.

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

    • Experience in an outpatient or hospital surgical setting preferred.
