    We are seeking a Certified Scrub Tech to support our surgical team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies
    • Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating needs
    • Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and infection control protocols
    • Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and supply usage
    • Participate in room turnover and restocking of surgical supplies
    • Collaborate closely with RNs, surgeons, and anesthesiologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes

    Required Skills

    • Proficiency in surgical instrumentation and sterile field management
    • Knowledge of various surgical specialties and procedures
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Strong attention to detail and time management
    • Ability to remain calm and responsive in high-pressure situations

    Required Experience

    • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
    • Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
    • BLS certification required
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a surgical setting preferred
