    Seeking Certified Strategy Management Professional (SMP) candidates with relevant Defense, And Security Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Defense, And Security Sector Clients such as NSWC.     Provide defense And security-related Management And Operations Solutions for Strategic Performance Management Services on behalf of The U.S. Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD). These services are considered part of the ProSidian Aerospace, Defence, And Military Sector Group, with the overall focus being Aerospace, Defense, And Military (DME) Sector Group: Services And Solutions That Enable Aerospace, Defense, And Military Agencies To Enhance Capabilities, Drive Transformation, Operate Sustainably, And Maintain Mission-Readiness under NAICS Code: 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services for The Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) with service(s) also characterized as Strategic Management Services

    Part-time experts certified by the International Association for Strategy Professionals (IASP) with extensive experience in strategic performance management, foresight, and change management, holding SMP or SPP certification and providing five references demonstrating successful past performance.     Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

    Strategic thinking, analytical skills, communication, leadership.

    Additional Information

    • A 40 hour work week is scheduled. SRS utilizes various work schedules; including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10 hours/day; four days per week), and a 9/80s (9 hours/day, fives days on week A and 4 days on week B). Work week excludes SRR holidays. Each work day has a 30-minute lunch.
    • A security clearance is not required.
