Ambulatory Surgery Center is a technologically advanced ambulatory surgery center with total knee arthroplasty robot, three operating rooms, where surgeons perform a broad range of outpatient surgical procedures. Specialties include outpatient spinal surgery, general orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, total joints and pain management. ASC of Stockton Surgery Center is accredited by The Joint Commission and is Medicare certified.

Surgical Scrub Tech at Ambulatory Surgery Center of Stockton

The Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures. Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Surgical Technologist Certification is required.
• Two years surgical technologist experience, preferably in orthopedics, spine and joints.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card.

Hourly Wage Range: $35 to $49 per hour. Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.
