Job Description

Fast paced 24/7 live inbound contact center Agent needed for established local small business. Hiring part time weeknights M-Th 5:00p-10:00p and 7am-2pm Sundays. Job entails communication with inbound callers. Relay detailed message information to the appropriate person via text, email, voice, page or fax.

• Paid training.
• Must work well in a fast paced environment.
• Must be punctual and able to work some holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both Doctors and patients in a concise, effective manner while showing kindness, patience, and empathy.
• Must be a good listener, excellent grammar and spelling mandatory. Prior call center experience a plus.
• Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines a plus.
• Experience on Startel Contact Center Software preferred, but will train qualified candidates

How quickly you deploy remotely depends solely on your ability to master our call center system and protocols.
