About the Role:
NPC is seeking a Change Analyst with Salesforce implementation experience to support a high-impact transformation initiative. This role will focus on change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies to ensure a seamless transition to Salesforce.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in organizational change management (OCM) , understands Salesforce implementations , and can drive engagement strategies that support end-user adoption. This role requires 50% travel to New York to work closely with stakeholders and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify challenges and opportunities in the Salesforce implementation.
- Develop and execute communication plans to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Support the development and delivery of training programs , including job aids, workshops, and virtual training sessions.
- Work closely with business leaders, Salesforce administrators, and technical teams to align change efforts with business objectives.
- Track user adoption metrics and recommend strategies for improving engagement.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, roadshows, and user feedback sessions to gather insights and address resistance.
- Identify risks and proactively manage resistance to change.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals, policies, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Business Transformation.
- Experience supporting Salesforce implementations (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud preferred).
- Strong understanding of Change Management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with training design and delivery for end users.
- Ability to analyze and present change impact data and adoption metrics.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to New York.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst) a plus.
- Experience working in enterprise environments or highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
