    Project Manager – Compliance & Custody Change Management

    As a Project Manager on our Compliance & Custody Change Management team, you will oversee medium to large projects throughout their lifecycle. Collaborating closely with sponsors and Systems counterparts, you will define project scope, develop plans, and manage budgets. Your role includes executing tasks, mitigating risks, resolving issues, and leading a team of experts to ensure successful project outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead project teams in defining scope, planning, budgeting, and task management.

    • Apply project management standards to ensure timely and on-budget execution.

    • Ensure clear communication of project objectives and expectations to all stakeholders.

    • Facilitate thorough testing of system changes and prepare Change Oversight materials.

    • Actively manage stakeholder expectations with consistent updates and resolutions.

    • Conduct business analysis to assess changing needs and recommend solutions.

    • Coach and mentor Business Analysts, providing performance feedback.

    Qualifications:

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, with 8+ years in project management.

    • Experience in the Financial Services Industry, particularly Custody operations.

    • Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques.

    • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

    • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies is preferred.

    This position encourages a hybrid work schedule of three days in the office per week. An extension or temp-to-perm opportunity may be available but is not guaranteed.
