    About this Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Change Manager to lead change management initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing change management work streams with a structured methodology/process, triaging requests for changes, and participating in Review Boards to identify forthcoming changes to the environment and/or system.     Key Responsibilities:

    Lead change management work streams with a structured methodology/process to ensure effective implementation of changes

    Triage requests for changes and participate in Review Boards to identify forthcoming changes to the environment and/or system

    Receive Requests for Change (RFCs) and, upon RFC approval, execute the Change Management process

    Evaluate the impact of planned organizational changes and identify risks, developing risk mitigation tactics as needed

    Coordinate change implementation, providing change monitoring and completing post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness

    Support the preparation of operational readiness reports and review operational readiness acceptance documentation to verify all requirements for delivery to operations have been fulfilled

    Supervise and provide leadership to team members, ensuring effective project management

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred

    Proven experience in change management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role

    Strong understanding of change management methodologies, processes, and best practices

    Experience leading change management work streams with a structured methodology/process

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills

    Ability to evaluate the impact of organizational changes, identify risks, and develop risk mitigation tactics

    Demonstrated ability to coordinate change implementation, monitor changes, and conduct post-implementation reviews

    Experience supporting the preparation of operational readiness reports and reviewing operational readiness acceptance documentation

    Certifications such as Prosci Change Management Practitioner or Change Management Institute certification are a plus

    You may substitute years of experience for education as needed to meet project requirements

    Must be a United States citizen

    Must be willing/able to obtain a clearance
