Job Description:
As a Change Manager Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the Change Management team in facilitating organizational transitions, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, or strategies. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in change management practices and their impact on organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- Support Change Initiatives:
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of change management strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with the Change Manager to identify key stakeholders and assess their needs and concerns.
- Communication and Engagement:
- Aid in creating and delivering clear, concise, and persuasive communications to inform employees about upcoming changes.
- Help organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to engage and educate employees on the change process.
- Stakeholder Analysis:
- Assist in conducting stakeholder analysis to identify influencers, champions, and resistors within the organization.
- Collaborate on strategies to engage and mobilize key stakeholders to support the change effort.
- Change Readiness Assessment:
- Support the team in evaluating the organization's readiness for change.
- Assist in the development and implementation of surveys, interviews, and assessments to gauge employee readiness and concerns.
- Training and Development:
- Aid in the creation of training materials and resources to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required for the change.
- Help schedule and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Feedback and Evaluation:
- Assist in collecting feedback from employees throughout the change process.
- Contribute to the analysis of feedback data to make necessary adjustments to the change management plan.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to change management activities.
- Assist in the creation of reports and presentations to update stakeholders on the progress of change initiatives.
- Research and Best Practices:
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in change management.
- Support the team in implementing innovative and effective change management strategies.
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Change Management, or a related field.
- Preferred expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026.
- Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Mondelēz International (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status.

Compensation
- The expected compensation weekly pay ranges for interns is $1,200 - $1,500.
- Compensation rates for Summer Interns is pre-determined and non-negotiable.
