We are expanding our presence in the US and looking for a high-impact Channel Business Development Manager to drive partner-led growth and accelerate end-customer adoption.
Role Objectives & Key Outcomes
This is not just a sales role it is a growth-driving, market-shaping opportunity. Your mission:
· Drive Net-New Business: Secure $1M+ in channel led revenue in Year 1 through strategic channel partnerships.
· Onboard New Channel Partners: Successfully land 4-6 net-new Channel Partners through channel engagements.
· Develop & Expand Partner Ecosystem: Strengthen existing partnerships while onboarding high-value new partners in target regions.
· Create & Execute Go-To-Market Plans: Develop and implement a channel-first sales strategy to drive pipeline and customer acquisition.
· Build Executive-Level Relationships: Establish trusted advisor status with C-level stakeholders across key channel partners and end customers.
· Leverage Data-Driven Sales Execution: Utilize the MEDDPICC framework and maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce (SFDC) & Salesloft.
· Execute High-Impact Sales & Marketing Initiatives: Engage in joint marketing campaigns, co-selling, and targeted lead-generation activities to maximize pipeline growth.
Who You Are (Skills & Experience)
· Proven Channel Growth Experience: 5+ years in IT channel sales with a track record of driving revenue growth via partners.
· Established Channel Relationships: Deep, pre-existing relationships with key channel partners in your territory are essential.
· Cybersecurity & IT Sales Background: Strong experience selling IT solutions/services into channel partners—data protection experience preferred.
· Exceptional Communicator & Closer: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and executive-level sales skills.
· Sales Process Expert: Proficient in MEDDPICC methodology and comfortable using Salesforce & Salesloft for pipeline management.
· Entrepreneurial Mindset: Startup experience is a plus—you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
· Willing to Travel: This role requires frequent travel within the US.

Position: This will be a full time position. The position will include a base salary and bonus plan. A full benefits package will also be available to the successful candidates.
