CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE- CHAPIN FURNITURE
Chapin Furniture is a family-owned business looking for an enthusiastic and organized Customer Service Representative to serve in our reception area. We are a 30,000 square foot, state-of-the-art home furnishings retailer in Chapin, SC, near Columbia, SC.
THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION. FLEXIBILITY IN SCHEDULE HELPFUL. HOURS TO BE DETERMINED WITH CANDIDATE AND EXISTING EMPLOYEES
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent customer interaction skills in person and on phone.
- Must be able to type efficiently and accurately. No hunting and pecking.
- A good working knowledge of Mac and PC Computer operations.
- Good organization skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to accuracy with data entry on calculator and computer.
- Ability to handle monetary transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Must be willing to work on holidays when store is open, and occasional Saturdays (store closed Sundays).
- Pre-Employment Background Check and Drug Screening required prior to employment.
