SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES / EXPECTATIONS
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in HR program design and support, talent acquisition, and talent management. This position will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing company and will play an integral role in the evolvement of our company culture that enhances employee experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source and recruit top talent for open positions
- Lead the development, design, enhancement, and support of HR programs that are consistent with today’s industry standards
- Proactively seeks feedback to improve service levels and recommends relevant policy / process changes. Recognizes and acts on opportunities for HR to add value to the business.
- Supports supervisors and managers with performance management needs through the use of processes and tools. This includes coaching, addressing performance issues, developing employees, and succession planning.
- Serves as a key Employee Relations contact for company to respond and follow up to day to day HR related issues such as performance management, benefits questions, attendance, payroll, and other workplace concerns.
- Understands and applies employment & labor law, policies, practices, and compliance. Adapts to changing labor laws. Ensures HR records are maintained to support HR audit & compliance
- Organizational Department planning
- Manage the full scope of the employee life cycle
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Payroll administration
- Other responsibilities as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS degree
- 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources
- 3+ years of experience in a Managerial role preferred
- Demonstrated experience in developing high-performance teams and culture
- Proven recruiting, interviewing, and hiring skills
- Self-starter: motivated, ability to prioritize workload, and capable of working with limited direction. Inspired to make an impact every day.
- Excellent verbal as well as written communication skills and the ability to perform in a team environment
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate in resolving different types of issues
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment
