Qualifications:
Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) minimum; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Licensure: Valid Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license; BLS certification (required)
Experience: 3+ years of nursing experience in acute or psychiatric settings (preferred)
Technical Skills: Staff training, policy implementation, and emergency response leadership; Patient care evaluation and treatment planning
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities; Collaborative communication with interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical and administrative oversight to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate program goals and therapeutic outcomes.
• Lead emergency response efforts for patient/staff crises and conduct safety rounds.
• Educate staff on policies, monitor compliance, and address care/performance issues.
• Recruit, onboard, and evaluate nursing personnel; deliver constructive feedback.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to address patient needs and serve on facility committees.
• Ensure accurate documentation and alignment with hospital procedures.
