Charming Charlie is seeking a Part-Time Sales associate who is passionate, energetic, and results-driven to join the re-launch of our organization. This key position will be responsible for creating a customer-centric selling culture that is focused on the customer experience and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the store. The Sales associate will have the primary responsibility of all sales associate job duties, from greeting customers, demonstrating outstanding customer service, and selling skills. In this position, you must exemplify our core values and demonstrate the ability to work with ambiguity. Experience in a customer-centric environment is required; a high unit environment with multiple product categories is beneficial.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

•  Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Achieve sales goals through selling behaviors
• Deliver a memorable customer experience to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
•  Maintain store presentation and visual standards; always aesthetically appealing for the customer experience
•  Adhere to all company policies and procedures; hold staff accountable to the same expectation
• Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays and overnight shifts
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS    

• High school diploma required
•  Must be eligible to work in the US
•  Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
•  Solid verbal and written communication
•  Active listening
•  Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
•  Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges
•   Multi-lingual is beneficial
