We are looking for exceptional people to provide extraordinary care as a Quality Services Analyst for Lincoln Surgical Hospital and Nebraska Surgery Center. The Quality Services Analyst is responsible for the coordination and performing the support work necessary to achieve the successful accomplishment of programs or goals of the QI department. Hours: Full time, 80 hours per pay period (2 weeks), Monday – Friday, day hours. Job duties include but are not limited to: Develop reports and maintain updates of quality, infection and risk, and safety data through the analysis of multiple data sources. Provide data support and feedback for quality improvement projects, accreditation, and regulatory projects including ongoing metrics and dashboards, root cause analysis, and national programs. Data base management including but not limited to physician and hospital core measures, incident reporting, and identified key performance indicators. Promote and support systems and processes to achieve safe, cost-effective, high quality healthcare. Stay informed on reporting required by regulatory agencies. Act as a resource for mandatory data collection. Requirements: Graduate of a practical nursing program, health care related program or comparable health care related experience. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and database management.
