POSITION SUMMARY:
The CSA directly supports the firm’s Financial Advisors. The CSA works directly with multiple custodians on behalf of the firm’s clients dealing with all aspects of client needs. The CSA plays a key role in contributing to and enhancing the overall client experience.
REPORTS TO: Advisors and Operations Manager
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time, 40 hours per week

HOURS AND LOCATION: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, Charter Oak supports a hybrid work environment both in office and remote – in office would be at any of Charter Oak Capital Management’s current offices – Portsmouth NH, Kennebunk, ME or Portland, ME.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Onboarding new clients by preparing all necessary paperwork, establishing accounts, and interacting with multiple custodians
Serves as the client’s liaison with internal teams and custodial partners
Assists in the management of the firm’s Client Relationship Management and client reporting systems, maintaining electronic client records in an orderly and comprehensive manner
Proactively coordinates client service activities in conjunction with advisors
Interfaces with clients and clients’ trusted advisors on an ongoing basis
Executes money movements for clients using best execution practices
Generates and organize materials for client quarterly meetings, including monthly/quarterly reporting, as well as ad hoc requests
Fields inbound calls for Advisors to ensure high touch service
Actively participates in the firm’s compliance and efficiency
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE:
Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years of experience with a financial services firm as a Client Service Administrator or equivalent
Proficiency with Windows operating system
Proficiency with MS Office and related tools
Prior experience with financial custodians a plus

· Strong written and verbal communication skills including high-level competence in writing, editing, and proofreading
