Job Description

ONSITE STAFFING SUPERVISOR / RECRUITER – Chartwell Staffing Solutions, one of the top 10 privately-owned staffing agencies in the US, seeks two ONSITE STAFFING SUPERVISORS / RECRUITERS to work at our client’s facility in the Santa Ana area. You will be responsible for ensuring proper staffing and fulfillment levels are met, ensuring safety compliance, and overseeing payroll processing.

THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION WHERE YOU WILL EARN $55,000 TO $60,000 PER YEAR, BASED ON YOUR EXPERIENCE. YOU’LL ALSO ENJOY AN EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE THAT INCLUDES HEALTH INSURANCE, PAID VACATION TIME OFF, PAID HOLIDAYS AND MUCH MORE.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Building recruitment strategies that will achieve successful staffing fulfillment rates for clients.
• Confirming work schedules with client and calling temporary associates with schedule changes.
• Counseling temporary associates on attendance, safety and any issues that arise onsite.
• Overseeing timekeeping and other client-specific compliance.
• Assisting in onboarding and fulfillment.
• Generating various reports including fulfillment, payroll, invoicing and other client specific reports.
• Ensuring data is entered by into the applicant tracking system, and making sure they are maintaining accurate records, and keeping system information current.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST THREE (3) YEARS OF STAFFING OR ONSITE SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE AS WELL AS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A MANUFACTURING, PRODUCTION, OR LOGISTICS ENVIRONMENT.

IN ADDITION, YOU MUST:

• Have a flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
• Have a general knowledge and understanding of state and federal labor laws and regulations that impact human resources and employment.
• Be proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A High School diploma or GED.
• Payroll processing experience is a huge plus.
