About the Role:

We are seeking a Cheer Assistant Department Leader to join our team at Sandhills Gymnastics Academy LLC in Pinehurst, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company in the gymnastics and cheerleading industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist in leading and managing the cheer department

Help develop and implement cheer programs and routines

Provide coaching and instruction to cheer athletes

Assist in organizing and coordinating cheer clinics and events

Support the Head Department Leader in day-to-day operations

Requirements:

Prior experience in cheerleading or coaching

Knowledge of cheerleading techniques and safety guidelines

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Passion for working with youth athletes
