We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to help lead our culinary team and elevate our dining offerings.
Job Description:
As the Chef de Cuisine, you will oversee culinary operations across Food & Beverage outlets. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation, developing innovative menus, and managing a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff. Your leadership and culinary expertise will be key in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all culinary operations across the hotel’s dining outlets.
 - Develop and implement creative and diverse menus that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences.
 - Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistent quality and standards.
 - Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
 - Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control to ensure efficient and profitable kitchen operations.
 - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
 - Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate events, special menus, and guest services.
 - Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience.
 - Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the menu offerings.
 
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or similar leadership role in a hotel or large-scale culinary operation.
 - Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes.
 - Strong leadership and management abilities to effectively oversee multiple dining outlets and a diverse team.
 - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 - In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
