    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and innovative Chemical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical processes, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for improving product quality and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing processes and equipment for chemical production.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, design, and optimize chemical processes and equipment for manufacturing.

    • Conduct research to improve production methods, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

    • Analyze data to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.

    • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during all project phases.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to achieve project objectives.

    • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and reports.

    • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and sustainability.

    • Monitor chemical processes and equipment performance to identify improvement opportunities.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.

    • Proven experience in chemical process design, optimization, and troubleshooting.

    • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, MATLAB, AutoCAD).

    • Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and chemical reaction engineering.

    • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA standards).

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or specialization in a related field.

    • Experience in a specific industry, such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, or food processing.

    • Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.
