Samirian Chemicals is hiring for both Senior and Junior Sales Representatives specializing in industrial chemicals. We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team, helping us enhance customer satisfaction through outstanding service. These are fully remote positions, with a focus on customer service, sales, and support in key markets. We are particularly interested in candidates familiar with the Cleveland, Houston, or New Orleans areas, as regional knowledge can strengthen our customer relationships.
Position Overview
Junior Sales Representative: The Junior Sales Representative will assist the sales team, providing support to ensure seamless customer interactions. This role involves responding to inquiries, processing orders, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Senior Sales Representative: The Senior Sales Representative will drive sales growth by building and managing relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing major accounts. The Senior Sales Representative is expected to lead sales initiatives, contribute to strategy, and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities For Both Roles:
Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
Process and enter customer orders with precision.
Provide timely follow-up on all customer orders to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with team members to meet customer needs efficiently.
Deliver high-quality service, fostering positive customer relationships.
Additional Responsibilities for Senior Sales Representative:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Serve as a mentor to junior sales staff, supporting their development.
Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform company strategy.
Qualifications For Both Roles:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Chemistry or a related field.
Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
Experience with Oracle NetSuite and CRM software is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Teams is an asset.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Specific Qualifications for Junior Sales Representative:
1-2 years of customer service, sales support, or relevant experience (preferred but not required).
Experience or familiarity with the Cleveland, Houston, or New Orleans areas is a plus.
Specific Qualifications for Senior Sales Representative:
Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably in industrial chemicals.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing major accounts and high-value client relationships.
Ability to work independently and lead strategic sales initiatives.
