The focus is on making the use of the Gain Portal indispensable and irreplaceable in law firm partners’ operations for the needs of their clients for and medical care.

    As Law Firm Solutions Engineer, you will have responsibility for growing our Portal user base and utilization with our partner law firms and focusing on their success in using our platform. You will focus on making attorneys, case managers, and paralegals’ lives easier through the use of our Portal to request cash advances and medical care for their clients, gather doctor bills, notes, and records, provide quick, easy, and painless case updates, request payoff quotes, and more.

    You succeed by adding new Portal users and increase adoption and utilization by existing users.

    Key Areas of Responsibility

    · Call on law firms – attorneys, paralegals, case managers, office managers and others for the purpose of adding new users to the Portal and achieving initial log ins.

    · Drive increased portal utilization among existing law firm users. Utilization includes, but is not limited to:

    · Utilizing the Portal to request PCA fundings for their clients

    · Utilizing the Portal to request medical care for their clients

    · Gathering bills, notes, and records from medical providers for their clients.

    · Conduct onsite and virtual Portal training, workshops, and educational events for law firms.

    · Demonstrate ROI on Portal use to law firms and law firm users. Conduct regular in person and virtual sessions with law firm users to show them data and information on how the Gain platform consistently delivers an ROI, saving them time and allowing them increased efficiencies and higher profitability.

    · Troubleshoot and suggest improvements to workflow for law firm users and communicate potential Portal upgrades internally.

    · Successfully support and communicate Portal enhancements, new features, and initiatives to law firm users.

    · Coordinate with law firm technical staff to integrate the Portal with firm technology systems.

    · Manage and maintain law firm customer satisfaction.

    Attributes and Skills of a Successful Candidate:

    · Track record of consistently providing high touch, customer focused, relationship management services.

    · Acumen, background, and/or familiarity with personal injury legal services and law firm case management systems.

    · Experience with customer engagement models that leverage use and adoption of technology tools.

    · Ability to educate and demonstrate technology tools to drive end user adoption.

    · Strong communication skills – presentation, written, phone, in-person.

    · Strong relationship building skills.

    · Ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment.

    · Ability to travel regionally and nationally up to 25>#/p###

    Success Metrics

    · Your performance will be measured using metrics to measure the growth of law firm portal users and utilization by existing users, ensuring that law firm clients are aware of ROI to their practice through routine reviews, growth in use of Gain and Cherokee's services by existing clients, and law firm user satisfaction.- # of new law firm users

    Education/Experience:

    · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

    · 5+ years of experience in working with law firms, attorneys, paralegals, and case manager.

    · Experience as a paralegal or case manager or legal service account success/implementation (ex. LexisNexis product specialist) or similar strongly preferred.
