    Job Summary:

    Chick-fil-A Leadership Professional is a leadership position responsible for managing and developing team members, guiding customer service and restaurant operations, and ensuring the restaurant is meeting sales and profitability goals by actively managing shift operations. This position is extremely hands-on and requires the ability to work in a position up to 85% of your time.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead by example - performing all aspects of the job to the highest standards. Working in a position up to 85% of your scheduled time, while simultaneously overseeing operations.

    • Lead a team of employees to uphold high standards, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship to help them develop in their roles, by working directly with them in various positions.

    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that supports the development of team members and promotes teamwork and accountability.

    • Ensuring efficient and effective operation of the restaurant by evaluating and refining processes, procedures, and protocols.

    • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and services.

    • Analyze customer feedback and work with team members to make improvements in job performance and service.

    • Responsible for the training and development of new team members, while fostering a strong sense of team spirit in the restaurant.

    • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, food safety regulations, and labor laws.

    • Interact with customers and guests to resolve any issues or complaints, maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in restaurant operations management

    • Availability to work nights, Saturdays and Holidays (except Christmas day and Thanksgiving Day)

    • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

    • Demonstrated ability to develop and train a team to deliver exceptional customer service

    • Honesty, integrity, and a high level of ownership

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapt to change, and be flexible

    • Knowledge of health and safety standards, food safety regulations, and labor laws

    • Must be 18 or older

    Pay Range: $18-25/hr
