The Night Manager position is for a new concept Chick-fil-A restaurant located in downtown Nashville (1622 Church St.). A first of its kind, this novel restaurant is focused around Catering, 3rd Party Deliveries, Mobile Ordering, and Innovative Delivery Methods.
Chick-fil-A Church Street Hours:7:00 am - 8:00 pm Mon-Sat; Closed Sundays. Night Manager hours include closing the store beyond the 8:00 pm door closing.
Description:At Chick-fil-A we are always looking for leaders who have a passion for investing in and developing others. As a crucial part of our business structure, the night manager is the face of the restaurant during his/her shift. As such, the night manager is responsible for ensuring that each guest that visits walks away having a remarkable experience. Likewise, the manager on duty is responsible for ensuring great team work, fostering a positive work environment, and incorporating Chick-fil-A values into the daily routine.Managers are generally offered as a full-time restaurant position.Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager very helpful to the success at this job.
Night Manager Requirements/Responsibilities Include:
