    JOB DESCRIPTION:  CHICK-FIL-A CROSSROADS CENTER

Chick-fil-A Crossroads Center is pleased to offer a paid summer internship program for a limited number of students or recent graduates who aspire a career in any of the following areas; human Resources, culinary, or marketing or are interested in becoming a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator. Our program is flexible to help students meet internship requirements, and interns are coached and mentored on their leadership skills in areas of the restaurant including hospitality, kitchen, sales, catering, and more, while serving on our Operations team. Our Internship program is an excellent opportunity for individuals who desire careers as entrepreneurs, or in business, culinary, or hospitality, specifically within Chick-fil-A for the long-term. Interns start as a Team member or a Shift Leader and are given the responsibility of overseeing a specific area of the business. The intern learns about managing labor, training, sales growth, food cost, food quality, guest experience and leadership. Depending on their performance in the program, participants may be offered a long-term position in leadership within our organization.
