Role Summary: To lead and develop people and systems in a fast paced kitchen environment so that Operational Excellence is achieved at Chick-fil-A Ina at Thornydale.

What we are looking for from the Assistant Kitchen Director position:

Experience in leading fast paced Kitchen Operations (Safety and Cleanliness, Food Quality, Speed of Service, Food Cost, Labor, Scheduling, Training, System Development, etc.)

Disciplined leader with a caring heart. Ability to consistently get others to perform at their highest level in a fun and positive way.

Must be a team player - Ability to communicate and work well with everyone to achieve collective results.
