    Summary of Position Responsibilities:

    Serve all Guests with “Genuine Hospitality” to Win Hearts Every Day, while working in these roles:

    • Dining Room Host/Hostess
    • Curbside Delivery
    • Mobile Order and 3rd Party Handoff
    • Drive-Thru Face to Face, Outside Payment and Drive-Thru Window
    • Front Counter POS

    Support Fast and Accurate Service by following Chick-fil-A routines and standards while taking, fulfilling, and delivering and handing off orders.

    • Enrich the Lives of our Guests while making connections and brining joy through the “little things”.
    • Go Above and Beyond by anticipating guest needs and taking Initiative to assist guests in all areas of the restaurant.
    • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment in all areas of the restaurant.
    • Following all food safety and Chick-fil-A standards and procedures.

    Minimum Requirements

    • High School diploma or equivalent, or working towards a diploma
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
    • Available to work Friday and Saturday and a minimum of 4 days per week for a minimum of 6 months.
    • Be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
    • Be able to bend over, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
