What You'll Do: As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of Chick-fil-A, delivering excellent service with a smile. Your role includes:

Greeting guests with warmth and friendliness

Taking orders accurately and efficiently

Ensuring a clean and organized dining area

Serving meals to guests with care and attention

Working both inside the restaurant and outside in the drive-thru area

Assisting with front counter, drive-thru, and mobile order operations

Collaborating with team members to keep things running smoothly

Note: Outdoor drive-thru positions involve working in various weather conditions, with proper gear and support provided by management.
