Role Summary
A Team Member's primary role is to understand, live out, and communicate the business’ purpose, mission, and core values all day, every day.
A team member at Grand Parkway North is to be a gatekeeper for the guest's experience. They work every day to Win Hearts and live out the Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy. They pursue mastery, own the numbers, and help others win. Team members protect the team's culture and serve their fellow team members. They possess a productive sense of urgency that they carry into every task they are asked to complete.
General Responsibilities
Show up on time, have a great attitude, and work hard for your entire shift
Read, understand and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook
Protect the guest experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation, and quality is top-level
Constantly improve yourself by finding ways to do your work better and faster
Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership of the business
Be a team player
Be responsible for filling your shift if you are not able to work

Requirements
Available to work a minimum of 35 hours per week
