    We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee inventory, and our restaurant and grounds maintenance. The Facilities Manager must be a self-starter with a passion for cleanliness and organization, and have a general knowledge of restaurant equipment maintenance. The Facilities Manager will report to the Owner/Operator, and will serve in operations when needed.

    Pay Type:

    Starting at $14-$16/hr, commensurate with availability and experience

    Requirements:

    Maintenance and repair experience required, restaurant equipment maintenance is preferred

    Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 10 hours, and be physically active for extended periods

    Basic have iPad and computer competency

    Responsibilities:

    Place the truck order, and oversee unloading the truck and stocking shelves and freezer

    Organize the stock shelves, rotating stock using the FIFO method

    Perform grounds upkeep and maintenance

    Implements and executes the maintenance program for the restaurant using maintenance checklists and calendars

    Identifies repairs and fixes immediately, reporting completed repairs to the leadership team

    Acts as the point-person for all contractors when repairs cannot be completed by the Facilities Manager

    Oversees a cleaning checklist for the restaurant, and works with the leadership team to complete daily and periodic deep cleaning

    Willing to serve operationally when facilities tasks are completed

    Required Skills:
