Pay Type: $16.50/hr (during training) - 17.50/hr (after training)
Position Type:
Availability Monday - Saturday (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Full-Time: 40+ hours per week

Requirements:
Must be 16+
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours
Ability to multitask - switching between responsibilities as needed
Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace--hustle is a must!

Responsibilities:
Inventory management in the following areas
Truck order stocking
Evaluation of current product levels and daily needs
Properly pulling and rotating of chicken products between the freezer, thawing cabinets, and holding cabinet
Walk –in cooler is clean of clutter, checked for expiration dates, and stock is off the floor
Ensure that day dots are being utilized and chicken products are properly stored
Using the FIFO system
Know and follow health code guidelines to assure no cross contamination occurs between products
Ensure that the freezer is clean, organized, and properly rotated
Ensure facility and physical safety
Ensure all back of house floors are swept, mopped, clutter free
Keep products properly stocked, off the floor, and below the 6 inch ceiling line as per fire code
Walk –in cooler is clean of clutter, checked for expiration dates, and stock is off the floor
Also:
Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
Prepare cold individual and catering menu items
Be current with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the BOH Manager
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
