Objective:
The OLD (Operator Led Delivery) Driver’s primary objective is to serve every guest as quickly and efficiently as possible. This position requires the driver to multitask and ensure every order is delivered on time and complete.

Summary of Expectations:

1. All team members are subject to a driving record (background check) screening.
2. Drivers must maintain state and local laws (no speeding, holding cell phone, etc)
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the OLD business.
1. Understand how the Bringg Driver App works and how it communicates with the guest.
2. Understand how to dispatch orders and when batching is appropriate.
3. Understand how to prioritize OLD orders, catering orders and standard deliveries.
- Manage and maintain delivery vehicles and delivery equipment.
1. Treat all delivery vehicles as they were your own.
2. Remove all trash and bags from vehicles at the end of the day.
3. Ensure vehicle is filled up prior to getting below ¼ of a tank.
4. Wipe out and store all OLD equipment, bags and carts at the end of the day.

1. Understand that our business is very fluid and constantly changing.
2. Be willing to accept other responsibilities (front counter, catering delivery, etc) when needed.
3. Assist others when no orders are assigned.

1. Drivers are often responsible for taking multiple orders at a time.
2. Orders should be delivered in the order told by the dispatcher.
3. All orders (not sealed) should be double checked prior to leaving store. Sealed orders have been double checked.
4. Ensure full orders are delivered (drinks, cold product, additional bags)
Compensation:
OLD Drivers for Chick-fil-A are scheduled team members. This means they are required to report to work at a given time and required to leave at a given time. For this, there is hourly compensation. OLD Drivers also have the benefit of receiving tips for their deliveries (credit tips are put on your pay check). If you chose to drive your own car, you will be compensated $1 per drive delivery in your personal vehicle to help offset cost associated with fuel and maintenance.
