Learning and absorbing everything possible in order to perform job duties at a high level in a fast-paced environment.

Responsible for ensuring food safety 100% of the time.

Be obsessed with Food safety, food quality, cleanliness, LEAN, speed & accuracy, pathway training and serving guests hot, fresh chicken.
