Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems for 3 buildings

Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors for repairs and projects.

Monitor energy usage and recommend cost-saving measures to improve efficiency.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations.

Manage and oversee emergency repairs and respond promptly to facility issues.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and service reports.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.

Provide training and or mentorship to engineering and maintenance staff.

Background Needed:

5+ years of experience in building maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Experienced in Building Automation Systems (BAS)

Experienced with Air Handlers and Chillers

Experienced with Water Sourced Heat Pumps (WSHP)

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with tenants, vendors, and team members.

Understanding of OSHA regulations, local building codes, and environmental standards.
