Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position starts at $275,000 and up based on experience

Responsibilities

• Outpatient Privately Owned Organization
• Lead and oversee the dental department operations
• Ensure high-quality dental care services
• Develop and implement dental care policies and procedures
• Supervise and mentor dental staff
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Full Support Staff, 2 Assistants Per Dentist
• EMR - EClinicalWorks
• Integrated Care Model
• Flexible Scheduling
• Pediatric Dentistry and General Dentistry
  • Extractions, Fillings, etc.
  • Ability to do Crowns and Root Canals

Requirements

• Clear and active Dentist license in the state of Kansas
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• New grads welcome!
