    Exciting opportunity to join our team at the Doubletree by Hilton Colorado Springs as our Chief Engineer. Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of all phases of hotel engineering - plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. • Creating and managing schedules for preventive and general maintenance, planning and prioritizing tasks, and responding to guest requests • Overseeing projects from start to finish, including determining costs and ensuring projects stay on budget and on schedule • Supervising and delegating tasks to the maintenance team, and working with contractors and internal resources • Leading the installation of new equipment and troubleshooting and repairing hotel systems, facilities, and equipment Qualifications: • Previous Director of Engineering experience in a hotel setting is required - A minimum of three years • Total engineering experience should be at least six years • Effectively delegate work and tasks to subordinates to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel • Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills Apply today to join an industry leader and begin the next step in your career!
