Lead and oversee all property maintenance department activities in Cincinnati, OH. Manage property aesthetics, equipment, painting, plumbing, and fundamental systems operations. Recognize life/safety protocols and equipment, promptly informing the General Manager (GM) of any issues. Responsibilities: • Effectively manage the department budget, capital expenditures, and engineering-related objectives • Hire, train, schedule, and manage maintenance staff • Ensure a safe environment that protects the assets, guests, and all hotel associates • Ensure all equipment is maintained • Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with all codes and regulations Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent GED • Exceptional follow-through; strong organizational skills, and time management skills required • 3-5 years of hotel or building maintenance or engineering experience required • When required, be available at the hotel during bad weather conditions • Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
