We are working with a client in Southern California to fill a Hybrid Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. This healthcare organization is dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality medical care to individuals and families, often focusing on underserved communities. They offer a range of services, including primary care, dental care, behavioral health, and pharmacy services in their 5 locations. With a mission centered on compassionate and holistic patient care, they strive to improve overall community well-being through affordable and comprehensive healthcare solutions.

Duties:

• Will oversee annual budget with strategic financial planning and fiscal leadership.
• Optimize revenue cycle operations and ensure financial sustainability.
• Lead a team of finance and accounting professionals to new heights.
• Manage risk, compliance, and payer negotiations to ensure maximum reimbursement.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of healthcare financial leadership experience
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA preferred!).
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, revenue cycle management, and compliance.
• A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive financial success.
