Job Requirements
We are looking for dedicated and professional Chief Financial Officer who is committed to growing a non-profit organization. It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Specific qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer role include:
- Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
- Minimum Bachelors degree in accounting or finance required.
- Minimum 4 experience in healthcare
- Demonstrated experience in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, reporting.
- 340b accounting and FQHC accounting preferred
- The position of CFO requires strong self-discipline and managerial skills
- Proven effectiveness leading professionals in finance and accounting.
- A strong spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
- Demonstrated experience in financial management and accounting, in the nonprofit sector. Experience should include audit, compliance, and budget development, FQHC and 340b pharmacy financing.
