    Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client's executive team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring fiscal integrity, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a seasoned financial executive with a deep understanding of the senior living industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight of all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards, related to financial operations in the senior living sector.

    • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement financial strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability across all service lines.

    • Risk Management: Develop and maintain risk management policies to safeguard the organization's assets and financial health.

    • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors, executive leadership, and other stakeholders.

    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance department, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

    • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the senior living or healthcare industry.

    • Skills:

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      • Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
      • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the senior living sector.
