Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
- 3+ years of experience in the credit union/banking industry.
- Strong experience in risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks within the banking or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
