As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CFO to provide strategic financial leadership and drive our company's growth. This role reports directly to the President.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on a contract basis to guide our financial strategy and operations. This is a high-impact role that will shape our financial future, ensuring sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives and expansion.

Financial Operations: Oversee all aspects of accounting, treasury, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights.

Compliance & Human Resources: Ensure adherence to financial and human resource regulations, maintaining best practices in reporting and governance.

Capital Management: Optimize capital resources, identifying funding opportunities and managing debt and equity.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a CFO.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.

Skills & Expertise:

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Expertise in financial systems and software, particularly QuickBooks Online.

Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.

Experience in retail sales operations and human resource support.
