    Purpose

    Organizational Scope

    Key Responsibilities

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that directly supports organic revenue growth objectives.
    • Design and implement enterprise-wide technology roadmaps that leverage SaaS platforms and emerging technologies.
    • Enable decision grade data and advanced analytical to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
    • Establish technology investment strategies that align with long-term business performance goals.
    • Lead cross-functional technology integration efforts to optimize operational workflows and productivity.

    Secondary Responsibilities

    • Cultivate strategic technology partnerships that expand innovation capabilities and market opportunities.
    • Evangelize leadership on technological trends, potential disruptors, and strategic technology investments.
    • Build and nurture a high-performance technology talent pipeline with a focus on innovation and adaptability.
    • Work closely with the security organization to ensure a robust security and compliance program.
    • Support business units in developing technology-enabled growth strategies and operational improvements.

    The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $250,000 - $350,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
