    Job Description

    Are you ready to drive global marketing strategy and accelerate growth for a leading B2B company? We're looking for a visionary leader to join our team as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

    As CMO, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to become the premier "B2B Growth Accelerator" in the industry. Your strategic vision and leadership will be key to achieving our ambitious goal of doubling the size of our business in just five years.

    What you'll do:

    • Create and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy that drives double-digit organic revenue growth
    • Oversee marketing activities across multiple B2B business units, ensuring synergy and alignment
    • Collaborate with the wider Informa Marketing community to deliver market-leading marketing and brand initiatives, in line with overall Informa strategies
    • Develop and implement strategies for brand, product, and demand marketing that clearly communicate our value proposition
    • Enhance our market presence through corporate communications, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships
    • Drive demand generation to create qualified sales opportunities aligned with our revenue goals
    • Optimize our marketing technology stack and implement data-driven strategies, aligned to the Informa vision overall
    • Manage budgets efficiently and report on marketing ROI and key performance indicators
    • Shape broader business and product strategies through your marketing expertise

    Your impact:

    • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and industry influencers
    • Represent the company at industry events and contribute thought leadership, establishing yourself as a voice in the market
    • Transform and scale our marketing function as the company evolves
    • Act as a key ambassador for Informa TechTarget, elevating the company's unique services through speaking engagements at conferences and showcasing online, while directly cultivating and nurturing C-Level relationships within key accounts.

    • Proven track record of delivering results in complex global environments
    • Experience in managing and leading large, multi-discipline teams
    • Expertise in modern, data-driven marketing techniques, particularly in the digital space
    • Strong change management skills
    • Strategic thinking and ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Salary range for this role is $260,000 - $300,000 + bonus + equity
